Ingredients
- 4 salmon filets (150g each) 600g of salmon
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) maple syrup
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
- 1 cup pecans
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
Method
- Preheat the BBQ or the oven to 425C.
- In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup and dijon mustard.
- Spread the sauce onto the fish.
- Finely chopped the pecans.
- Into the same bowl you used for the sauce, combine chopped pecans and olive oil.
- Spread the nut mixture on the salmon.
- Cook for 12-14 minutes (depending on salmon width).
