Ingredients
- 500g white cabbage, thinly sliced
- 10ml (1 tsp) maple syrup
- 30ml (2 tbsp) toasted sesame oil
- 30ml (2 tbsp) maple vinegar
- 1 cube chicken broth
- 1 garlic cloves (optional)
- 30ml (2tbsp) black sesame seeds
- 2 pinch Cayenne pepper or piment d’Espelette
Method
- Cut the cabbage and add to a serving bowl.
- In a small blender, pulse the ingredients for the dressing: the maple syrup, the sesame oil, the maple vinagar and the chicken broth cube.
- Add the dressing to the cabbage and massage the cabbage to soak the dressing in.
- Add the black sesame seeds and the Cayenne pepper and mix.
