Ingredients
  • 1 leek, white part, minced
  • 15ml (1 tbsp) butter
  • 15ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
  • 15ml (1 tbsp) maple balsamic vinegar from ME, MAPLE & I

Method

  1. In a pan, melt the butter and add the remaining ingredients.
  2. Let caramelize for 15 more minutes at medium heat.
  3. Season if needed and serve as a garnish for a soup.
