Ingredients
- 1 leek, white part, minced
- 15ml (1 tbsp) butter
- 15ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
- 15ml (1 tbsp) maple balsamic vinegar from ME, MAPLE & I
Method
- In a pan, melt the butter and add the remaining ingredients.
- Let caramelize for 15 more minutes at medium heat.
- Season if needed and serve as a garnish for a soup.
