Ingrédients:
- 325g (2 cups) dates, pitted or 275g DIISZWII Medjool pitted dates
- 65g (1/2 cup) dried cranberries
- 100g (1 cup) cashews
- 50g (1/2 cup) rolled oats
- 1 tbsp (15ml) ME, MAPLE & I’s maple peanut butter or 1 tbsp regular peanut butter + 1 tsp ME, MAPLE & I’s maple syrup (classic or specialty, I would recommand vanilla)
- 1/2 orange, zest and its juice (optional, if the dates are too dry)
- for the topping: about 50g (1/2 cup) chopped dark chocolate
Method:
1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients except the chocolate and pulse until it forms a sticky, homogeneous dough that holds its shape well when pressed.
2. Form small balls with your hands, you can wet them if they are too sticky.
3. Melt the dark chocolatel then drizzle it over the balls.
