Ingredients
- 150g (3/4 cup) almond
- 75g (1/2 cup) raw cashews (or almonds)
- 40g (1/4 cup) pistachios
- 150g (1 cup) pitted dates
- 50g (1/4 cup) dried apricots (or pitted dates)
- 15g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
- 15ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
- 15-30ml (1-2 tbsp) water
Method
- In a food processor, combine the whole ingredients until coarsely chopped.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process for a few minutes, or until well combined and the mixture holds together.
- Form into 12x3cm or 15x2.5cm balls and refrigerate.
