Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) maple syrup
- 190 ml (3/4 cup) water
- 21.5 ml (1 1/2 tbsp) maple (or white) vinegar
Preparation
- Use a silicon moulds with the shape of your choice (stars, hearts, pumpkins, christmas trees)
- In a saucepan, bring the maple syrup, water and vinegar to a boil.
- Cook until the thermometer reads 143 ° C (290 ° F).
- Remove from the heat immediately and pour the mixture on the moulds.
- Scrape the mould to even out the liquid.
