hot maple cider

Ingredients

  • 3-4 tbsp (45-60ml) of Gipfelhirsch Glühwein spice mix
  • 1 bottle of wine or cider
  • 3-4 tbsp (45-60ml) of maple syrup

Method

  1. Simply add the Glühwein spices to a bottle of wine or cider in a saucepan.
  2. Heat to medium heat/80C and let infuse for 15 minutes.
  3. Drain the mix and add the maple syrup.
