Ingredients
- 3-4 tbsp (45-60ml) of Gipfelhirsch Glühwein spice mix
- 1 bottle of wine or cider
- 3-4 tbsp (45-60ml) of maple syrup
Method
- Simply add the Glühwein spices to a bottle of wine or cider in a saucepan.
- Heat to medium heat/80C and let infuse for 15 minutes.
- Drain the mix and add the maple syrup.
