Ingredient
- 5ml (1tsp) matcha powder
- 125ml (½ cup) boiling water
- 10ml (2 tsp) maple syrup
- 250ml (1 cup) milk of your choice
- ice cubes
- 4-5 strawberries, puréed (optional)
Étapes
- In a small glass or cup, dissolve the matcha powder with the boiling water with a whisk (or with a matcha whisk).
- Add the maple syrup and whisk again.
- Put in the freezer for 10 min or until the mix cools down.
- In a big glass, add the milk and the ice cubes.
- Pour the matcha and mix with a spoon
- Pour the strawberries' purée on top of the iced matcha tea.
