iced matcha tea

Ingredient

  • 5ml (1tsp) matcha powder
  • 125ml (½ cup) boiling water
  • 10ml (2 tsp) maple syrup
  • 250ml (1 cup) milk of your choice
  • ice cubes
  • 4-5 strawberries, puréed (optional)

Étapes

  • In a small glass or cup, dissolve the matcha powder with the boiling water with a whisk (or with a matcha whisk).
  • Add the maple syrup and whisk again.
  • Put in the freezer for 10 min or until the mix cools down.
  • In a big glass, add the milk and the ice cubes.
  • Pour the matcha and mix with a spoon
  • Pour the strawberries' purée on top of the iced matcha tea.
