maple amaretto sour


  • 100ml Amaretto   
  • 50ml lemon juice   
  • 40ml pure maple syrup (preferably golden colour for its delicate flavour)
  • 30ml egg white 
  • 3 dashes of Angostura bitters 
  • lemon zest


  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
  2. Dry shake (shake without ice) to get a foam from the egg white.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until cold.
  4. Strain the drink into a glass and garnish with lemon zest.
