Ingredients
- 100ml Amaretto
- 50ml lemon juice
- 40ml pure maple syrup (preferably golden colour for its delicate flavour)
- 30ml egg white
- 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
- lemon zest
Method
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
- Dry shake (shake without ice) to get a foam from the egg white.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until cold.
- Strain the drink into a glass and garnish with lemon zest.
