Ingredients
- 75g or 4 Medjool dates, pitted
- 62.5g (½ cup) pecans or pistachios
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- 30ml (2 tbsp) classic maple syrup or specialty maple syrup (vanilla or coffee)
- 30ml (2 tbsp) water
- 50g dark chocolate, melted (¼ cup chips)
- 50g small rolled oats
Method
- In a food processor, grind all the ingredients to a paste.
- Place the mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes to allow it to set a little.
- Using slightly wet hands, shape into 6 to 8 small balls, then set aside.
