maple and espresso porridge

Ingredients

  • 240ml (1 cup) rolled oats
  • 240ml (1 cup) unsweetened almond milk
  • 120ml (½ cup) espresso
  • 45ml (3 tbsp) ME, MAPLE & I vanilla infused maple syrup
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) slivered almonds

Method

In a small saucepan, add all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook at low heat for another 2 minutes.
