maple and espresso porridge

Ingredients

  • 240ml (1 cup) oats
  • 240ml (1 cup) unsweetened almond milk
  • 120ml (½ cup) espresso
  • 45ml (3 tbsp) maple syrup
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) almonds

Method

In a small saucepan, add all ingredients and let boil. Reduce heat and cook at low heat for another 2 minutes.
