maple-ginger immunity shot

Ingredients 

  • 120ml (8 tbsp) lemon juice*
  • 40g ginger, grated or 180ml ginger juice
  • 5g turmeric (optional)
  • 45-60ml (3-4 tbsp) maple syrup

*lemon juice per lemon: 1 small lemons = appr. 45 ml = 3 tbsp lemon juice, 1 medium lemon = appr. 60 ml = 4 tbsp lemon juice,1 large lemon = appr. 75 ml = 5 tbsp lemon juice.

Method

  1. Place the ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a blender and puree for approximatively 2 minutes. Filter if needed.
  2. Serve 30-45ml in shot glasses or pour in a bottle and keep for 4 days in the fridge.
