maple mustard


  • 3/4 cup mustard seeds
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup


  1. Add all the ingredients in a jar and leave it for 3 days in the pantry.
  2. After 3 days, blend all ingredients and leave it for another 3 days in the fridge before using.
The mustard keeps for 6 months (in the fridge).
