Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) pumpkin’s seeds
- 125g prosciutto, roughly chopped (optional)
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) maple syrup
- 1,25 ml (1/4 tsp) salt
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
Method
- Preheat the over to 180C. Lay a tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and spread to the tray.
- Cook for 13 minutes and mix at mid time.
- Serve with a soup or a salad
