maple and pumpkin’s seeds for soup or salad garnish

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) pumpkin’s seeds
  • 125g prosciutto, roughly chopped (optional)
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) maple syrup
  • 1,25 ml (1/4 tsp) salt
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the over to 180C. Lay a tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and spread to the tray.
  3. Cook for 13 minutes and mix at mid time.
  4. Serve with a soup or a salad
