Ingredients
1oz/30ml gin, preferably a local gin
1/2 lime, cut into wedges
175ml, tonic
30ml maple syrup
ice cubes
Method
- In a glass, add the ice cubes.
- Pour the maple syrup on the ice cubes.
- Squeeze the lime to extract the juice.
- Pour the gin and then the tonic.
- Mix gently and enjoy - Drink responsibly ;)
