maple gin tonic

Ingredients

1oz/30ml gin, preferably a local gin 
1/2 lime, cut into wedges
175ml, tonic
30ml maple syrup
ice cubes

Method

1. In a glass, add the ice cubes.
2. Pour the maple syrup on the ice cubes.
3. Squeeze the lime to extract the juice.
4. Pour the gin and then the tonic.
5. Mix gently and enjoy - Drink responsibly ;)
