matcha 🍵 maple 🍁energy ⚡️balls

Ingredients:

  • 150g (1½ cup) rolled oats
  • 180g (1½ cup) raw cashew nuts
  • 150g (1 cup) dates, pitted
  • 50ml-130ml ME, MAPLE & I’s vanilla maple syrup
  • 1 tsp matcha powder

Method:

  1. In a food processor, blend the almonds and cashews until they are
    coarsely chopped.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process for a few minutes or until
    everything is smooth and holds together.
  3. Form into 15 balls and store in the fridge.
