Ingredients:
- 150g (1½ cup) rolled oats
- 180g (1½ cup) raw cashew nuts
- 150g (1 cup) dates, pitted
- 50ml-130ml ME, MAPLE & I’s vanilla maple syrup
- 1 tsp matcha powder
Method:
- In a food processor, blend the almonds and cashews until they are
coarsely chopped.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and process for a few minutes or until
everything is smooth and holds together. - Form into 15 balls and store in the fridge.
