- 210 g strawberries’ leafy tops (the equivalent of 1.5 kg of strawberries)
- 210 g maple sugar or maple syrup
- 300g water
- approximatively 1L cold or sparkling water
- In a medium saucepan, add the strawberries’ top, the maple sugar/syrup and the water.
- Bring to a boil for 10 minutes and then let simmer for another 5 minutes at medium heat. Let the mix cool down.
- Filter the syrup in a 1L bottle.
- Fill the bottle with cold or sparkling water and leave in fridge until being consumed.
