Our second collaboration with Gipfelhirsch comes as a Glühwein spice mix to be combined with our amber, dark or very dark maple syrup. You choose the maple syrup to pair with your glühwein

Usage: Simply add 3-4 tbps (45-60ml) of the Glühwein spice to a bottle of wine or cider. Heat to medium heat/80C and let infuse for 15 minutes. Drain the mix and add 3-4 tbps (45-60ml) of maple syrup. 

Ingredients: orange peel, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, lavender, star anise, pink pepper.
