Inspired by the methods used for fine wines and whiskeys, Sève de Mars ages its premium maple syrup in second-life barrels that previously held spirits. During aging, the syrup develops aromas of wood and spirits: vanilla, caramel, coffee, spices, and woody notes. The barrel imparts its aromas, not the alcohol: all products are alcohol-free.

Taste Quebec maple syrup aged in oak barrels in 2 different tastes:

  • Bourbon: Smooth & Indulgent with aroma of vanilla · toasted hazelnut · roasted coffee
  • Rum: Woody & full-bodied with aroma of chocolate · prune · caramelized brown sugar
