“For more than 10 000 years, the First Nations lived on this continent with much simplicity but with an infinite richness provided by the forest. This ever-evolving cuvée is a way for me to explore with humility, observation, reflection and sensibility the nature that surrounds me, the forest I inhabit and which inhabits me. In innu language, minashkuat is a word meaning “in the forest”.

The Pleiades are a group of stars that inspired many myths and legends throughout cultures, amongst them the Seven Sisters of Greek mythology who lent them their name. Rich, dense and flavourful, this balsamic vinegar is made of many small fruits typically grown in our northern climate and carefully selected honeys.
Ingredients: Northern small fruit vinegar (wild cherries, highbush cranberries, elderberries, blackcurrants, wild blueberries, strawberries, raspberries), northern small fruits (same), honey.
