Ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, sea salt. 
Note: Additional ingredients are required in order to prepare the recipe (see in bold in section Method below).

Method

  1. Melt 50g of butter. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, add the pancake premix, 2 eggs and 300g milk and whisk gently.
  3. Whisk in the melted butter until the batter is smooth.
  4. Heat the stove to medium heat and lightly grease a non-stick pan. Pour one ladle of batter. Cook until light golden (about 2 minutes). Flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes.Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
  5. Repeat step 4 until there is no more batter.
